Description:

S-4FB (SFB) is a heterobifunctional linker that  reacts with primary amines on biomolecules and converts them to 4-formylbenzamide (4-FB) moieties.  Formylbenzamide-modified biomolecules form stable bis-aryl hydrazone conjugates on reaction with HyNic-modified biomolecules. 4FB groups incorporated on biomolecules and surfaces are stable for >2 months.
