Description:
S-C6-4FB has a six carbon spacer chain added to S-4FB, SoluLinK’s popular heterobifunctional linker used to make bioconjugates and modify surfaces. This linker reacts with primary amines on biomolecules and converts them to 4-formylbenzamide (4FB) moieties. Formylbenzamide-modified molecules form stable bis-aryl hydrazone conjugates on reaction with HyNic-modified biomolecules.
