Description:

SHTH (S‐1003‐010) is a bifunctional aromatic hydrazide linker used to incorporate HTA (4‐hydrazido‐terephalamide) moieties onto biomolecules through their amino group via an activated ester (i.e. NHS). HTA moieties form heat labile hydrazide‐based hydrazones with aromatic aldehydes such as 4FB (4‐formylbenzamide).
