Description:
This SHTH reagent is used to convert promary amines on biomolecules and surfaces to 4-hydrazidobenzamide moiieties in a single step. Its advantages include reaction specificity, UV-traceability, and the unique control it brings to the entire conjugation process. SHTH readily reacts with primary amines on a protein (Epsilon-amino group of lysine) via an NHS-ester.
